Manama: China's one-year loan prime rate (LPR), a market-based benchmark lending rate, stood at 3 percent on Sunday, unchanged from the previous month. The stability in the rate comes as the country seeks to maintain economic steadiness amid global financial fluctuations.According to Bahrain News Agency, the over-five-year LPR, on which many lenders base their mortgage rates, also remained unchanged from the previous reading of 3.5 percent. The National Interbank Funding Center reported these figures, reflecting a steady approach in China's monetary policy.
