According to Bahrain News Agency, the cable expressed His Majesty's sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Asfura and the people of Honduras. The message highlighted the strong bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Honduras and expressed a desire for further cooperation and prosperity between the two nations.
