Saudi and Omani Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Security Over Call

Riyadh: Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, engaged in a telephone conversation with Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Albusaidi, the Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussion involved Albusaidi expressing Oman's condemnation of the attacks on civilian and economic facilities in southern Saudi Arabia. He also conveyed Oman's solidarity with Saudi Arabia during this period.

The dialogue between the two ministers included talks on the latest developments in the region. They underscored the necessity of ensuring the security and freedom of maritime navigation. The ministers highlighted the importance of supporting diplomatic efforts aimed at reducing tensions and strengthening regional security and stability.
