Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,934.96 points, marking a decrease of 2.32 points below the previous closing. This decline was attributed to drops in the financials, industrials, and materials sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a decrease, closing at 921.25 points, which is 0.81 points below its previous closing. The trading session involved 160 equity transactions with a total volume of 3,581,662 shares valued at BD 1,006,716.
Investors were primarily active in the financials sector, which accounted for 53.39% of the total value of traded securities.
