Bangkok: Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand, received Khalil Yaqoob Al Khayyat, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Kingdom of Thailand, in the presence of senior officials from the Thai Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the realms of agriculture, food security, and the halal industries. Discussions also revolved around initiatives to enhance bilateral trade in the agricultural sector, aiming to further advance relations between the two countries.
