Tamkeen Extends Registration for ‘Musanada’ Programme to Support Affected Institutions

Manama: The Labour Fund "Tamkeen" has announced the extension of the registration period for its "Musanada" programme until September 30. This extension aims to provide more institutions impacted by the Iranian aggression with the opportunity to benefit from crucial support, aiding them in sustaining operations, accelerating recovery, and preserving the national workforce.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the extension encompasses all three tracks of the programme: 'Directly Affected Business Support', 'Operational Expenses Support', and 'Financing Profit Support'. A notable change includes the increase in the support period under the 'Operational Expenses Support' track from three to six months, aimed at enhancing the resilience of beneficiary institutions in maintaining operations and retaining employees.

The "Musanada" programme is designed to assist Bahraini institutions affected by Iranian aggression, helping them overcome current challenges through support tracks that alleviate operational burdens and bolster business continuity. Tamkeen encourages all qualifying institutions to utilize the extended registration period and apply via its official website. Additional information and support for application completion are available through Tamkeen's communication channels.

The sectors supported under the 'Operational Expenses Support' and 'Financing Profit Support' tracks include transportation and storage, manufacturing, tourism, accommodation and food services, trade activities, motor vehicle and motorcycle repairs, professional, scientific, and technical activities, administrative and support services, arts, entertainment, and recreation activities such as game centers, as well as kindergarten and nursery activities within the education sector.
