HM King Concludes Diplomatic Visit to Egypt

Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has concluded his visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, during which he engaged in talks with His Excellency Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of Egypt. The discussions centered on the strong bilateral relations between Bahrain and Egypt, exploring avenues for enhanced cooperation and closer coordination. They also addressed current regional and international developments of mutual interest.

According to Bahrain News Agency, President El Sisi personally saw off His Majesty at the conclusion of the visit. In a gesture of goodwill, His Majesty sent a cable of thanks to President El Sisi, expressing gratitude for the warm reception and generous hospitality extended to him and his delegation. His Majesty valued the constructive and fruitful discussions held, which were aimed at addressing regional and international issues of shared concern.

His Majesty the King acknowledged Egypt's unwavering support for Bahrain's security and stability, and its dedication to ongoing coordination and consultation to bolster regional peace and security. He also conveyed his best wishes to President El Sisi, hoping for continued progress, stability, and prosperity for Egypt and its people under President El Sisi's leadership.
