Manama: Fatima Abdulla Al Dhaen, Undersecretary for Land Transport and Post at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, engaged in a dialogue session with participants in the eighth edition of the HiPO-Youth National Leadership Programme. This event was organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs in collaboration with the Bahrain Society for Human Resource Management at Youth City 2030.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Dhaen highlighted the significance of investing in young Bahraini talent. She stressed the need to equip them with skills that are ready for the future and to encourage innovative solutions. These efforts aim to support the development of transport services and enhance user experience.
Additionally, Al Dhaen discussed the future prospects of the land transport sector, particularly in the context of technological advancements and the shift towards smart and sustainable transport systems.
