Manama: Gold rose to a two-week high Wednesday: Spot gold climbed 0.9% to $4,112.70 per ounce by 0705 GMT, having hit its highest level since July 7 earlier in the day.
According to Bahrain News Agency, U.S. gold futures for August delivery jumped 1% to $4,116.90, marking a significant rise in the market. Alongside gold, other precious metals also saw gains. Spot silver increased by 0.7% to $59.18 per ounce after reaching its peak since July 10 earlier in the day.
The positive trend continued with platinum climbing 1.2% to $1,649.03, while palladium rose by 1.5% to $1,300.58. These increases reflect a broader upward movement in the precious metals market, influenced by various economic factors.
