Jordan: The Ministry of Health inaugurated a symposium and exhibition on nutrition, bringing together experts, specialists and representatives of government entities, the private sector and health partners. The event highlighted the Kingdom of Bahrain's efforts to promote healthy nutrition and support evidence-based public health policies, while showcasing national achievements and initiatives in the field of nutrition.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the symposium discussed the role of artificial intelligence in nutrition services, Bahrain's plan to accelerate efforts to reduce obesity, innovation and national priorities in tackling obesity, and the future of nutrition amid digital transformation and public-private partnerships.
The accompanying exhibition showcased the Kingdom's nutrition programmes, awareness initiatives and the development of services aimed at promoting healthy eating and healthier lifestyles.
