Housing Ministry Launches Eighth Mobile Housing Finance Branch at City Centre Bahrain

Manama: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, in cooperation with Eskan Bank, has launched the eighth edition of the Mobile Housing Finance Branch at City Centre Bahrain. The branch will be accessible to visitors until July 19, offering a range of services and information related to housing finance.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative is aimed at providing citizens with details on available housing finance options, as well as the ministry's and Eskan Bank's programmes and services. It also outlines the eligibility criteria and application procedures for those interested in housing finance.

The mobile branch provides insights into the Tumooh supplementary housing finance programme and the digital services available through the Baity real estate platform. Additionally, it offers information on housing options under the Government Land Development Rights Programme. Visitors to the mobile branch can also utilize the platform's interactive digital services to track housing applications, reserve residential properties electronically, and access the digital property valuation service.
