Manama: The Prime Minister's Fellowship Program today hosted a gathering for alumni of the Program. The event supports the Program's objectives of investing in national talent and empowering young Bahraini professionals working in the public sector, to contribute towards the Kingdom's continued development, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the gathering also encouraged the alumni to exchange experiences and insights, while strengthening their professional networks. The event continues to build on the sustainability of the Program's aims and reflects the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to create opportunities for national talents and enhance their role in improving the efficiency of government performance.
The Prime Minister's Fellowship Program was launched in 2015 to attract talented Bahraini professionals from across government entities and provide them with the opportunity to undertake a one-year secondment at the Prime Minister's Office. Over the course of the Program, fellows receive specialised training and contribute to the implementation of key government projects and initiatives, helping to strengthen their leadership and administrative capabilities and deepen their understanding of government decision-making processes.
