Bahrain Defence Force Intercepts Iranian Missiles and Drones

Manama: The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force has announced a successful interception and destruction of missiles and drones launched by Iran, targeting civilian areas within the Kingdom of Bahrain. This development marks a continuation of Iran's systematic hostile approach, as stated by the General Command.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Defence Force's air defence systems effectively neutralized the aerial threats, demonstrating the military's preparedness and capability to safeguard the nation. The General Command assured that all military units are maintaining the highest levels of readiness to ensure the Kingdom's security.

The General Command has issued a public advisory urging citizens to exercise caution and report any unfamiliar or suspicious objects that might be remnants of the attacks. The Royal Field Engineering Unit is on standby to handle such objects safely, prioritizing the safety of residents and citizens.

Additionally, the General Command condemned the use of missiles and drones against civilians and private properties, labeling it a violation of international humanitarian law. The command expressed pride in the combat readiness and vigilance of its personnel, emphasizing their commitment to defending the Kingdom.
