Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,983.42 points, marking a decrease of 3.98 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to the fall in the communications services sector, financials sector, and materials sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 968.16 points, marking a decrease of 4.54 points below the previous closing. Results indicated that 117 equity transactions took place with a volume of 5,266,501 worth BD 1,301,005.
Investors traded mainly in the financials sector, representing 74.07% of the total value of securities traded.
