Foreign Minister Explores Bilateral Cooperation with Argentine Counterpart

New york: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Pablo Quirno, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of the Republic of Argentina, on the sidelines of their participation in the UN Security Council meetings. The meeting focused on discussing bilateral cooperation between the two countries and exploring ways to strengthen and expand their collaboration in areas of mutual interest, serving their shared goals.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions also included an exchange of views on regional developments. Key topics were the repercussions of Iranian attacks on the Kingdom of Bahrain and other GCC countries, the consequences of Iran's continued closure of the Strait of Hormuz on international navigation and the global economy, and efforts to maintain regional security and stability. Additionally, the meeting emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and coordination on issues before the UN Security Council.

The meeting was attended by Jamal Fares Al Ruwaie, Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, along with the accompanying delegation.
