Manama: Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), welcomed a delegation of Japanese entrepreneurs led by Yuji Mikasa, Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Nippon Life Insurance Company. The focus of the visit was to discuss Bahrain's approach to human resource development and leadership capacity building, as well as to explore potential collaborations in human capital development.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting emphasized the strategic relations between Bahrain and Japan, with Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa expressing the Institute's commitment to fostering joint cooperation. She underscored the intention to learn from Japan's successful management models to enhance Bahrain's administrative systems and improve the efficiency of national skills.
During the discussions, the Japanese delegation was informed about Bahrain's progressive administrative practices. The exchange aimed to develop recommendations for optimal human capital investment and to establish future partnerships that align with the goals of both nations.
