IPA Director General Meets with UNDP Resident Representative

Manama: Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration, met with Asmaa Shalabi, the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa highlighted the significance of bolstering collaboration with the UNDP. She stressed that such partnerships are crucial for utilizing global best practices and expertise in supporting research policies. The focus is also on developing national competencies and enhancing capacity-building for both public and private sector talents. Moreover, she acknowledged the UNDP's contribution to promoting humanitarian and development initiatives both within Bahrain and on an international scale.
