RHF Acting Secretary General Meets UNHCR Representative to Discuss Humanitarian Efforts

Manama: Ibrahim Dalhan Al Dosari, Acting Secretary General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), held discussions with Khaled Khalifa, the Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to the States of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the UNHCR representative praised the humanitarian initiatives spearheaded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who serves as the Honorary President of RHF. The representative highlighted the Kingdom of Bahrain's significant role in supporting nations and communities affected by conflicts and natural disasters. He emphasized that the partnership with RHF has facilitated the implementation of crucial development projects and the distribution of humanitarian aid, showcasing Bahrain's pivotal role in disaster response scenarios.

Al Dosari expressed his admiration for His Majesty the King's humanitarian initiatives and Bahrain's global aid contributions. He acknowledged the government's support under the leadership of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Al Dosari also commended the leadership of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa in guiding the Foundation's humanitarian endeavors. He reiterated the Foundation's pride in its collaboration with UNHCR and its confidence in the organization's effective global humanitarian response.
