Shura Council Recognizes Winners in Digital Innovation for Legislative Work

Manama: During the closing ceremony of the Shura Council's "Innovate for Parliamentary Work" competition, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, highlighted the role of youth contributions and creative initiatives in supporting the development of legislative work. He said these efforts reflect a national commitment and strong backing for the Kingdom of Bahrain's evolving democratic process, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and expressed pride in His Majesty's encouragement and appreciation for the legislative authority's role in promoting development and prosperity.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Chairman Al Saleh noted that His Majesty's directives provide a strong basis for achieving legislative progress and emphasised the Council's commitment to leveraging digital transformation and modern technologies to enhance legislative work. He also commended His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for fostering creativity and innovation, which contributes to constructive initiatives and proposals.

The top three winners of the competition were Mariam Yahya Al Ali with her Smart Legislation Platform, Ahmed Mahmood Al Daham Al Enzi with Athar Plus, and Maram Youssef Al Shaeel with Smart Ambitions, with ten projects reaching the final stage.
