Abu dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, met Daniel Noboa, President of the Republic of Ecuador, at Qasr Al Shati in Abu Dhabi during his official visit to the UAE.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting discussed means to strengthen bilateral cooperation, particularly in the fields of economy, trade, investment, renewable energy, and sustainability, in addition to other shared development priorities.
Both sides emphasised their mutual commitment to expanding development cooperation and making use of available opportunities that support their shared vision for progress. The two leaders also exchanged views on regional and international issues of common interest, underscoring the importance of promoting peace and stability as a foundation for development.
The meeting included the signing and announcement of a cooperation agreement and two memoranda of understanding between the two countries.
