Manama: Bahrain Duty Free has announced the addition of 20 new job vacancies for Bahraini citizens on the National Employment Platform. This move was confirmed by Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative aligns with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The objective is to provide three job opportunities to every registered job seeker by the end of the year, thereby bolstering national employment efforts and promoting sustainable economic growth.
The minister emphasized ongoing collaboration between the Ministry of Labour, the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), and private sector institutions. This partnership aims to expand job listings, improve employment prospects for citizens, and address the needs of the labour market.
