Manama: Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Communication Centre (NCC), led the board's second meeting of the year through a video conference.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Finance Minister emphasized the significance of enhancing government communication to support development. He highlighted the importance of coordination within an institutional framework based on governance principles to boost efficiency and service delivery. This strategy, he noted, is crucial for advancing the Kingdom of Bahrain's aspirations and strengthening its regional and international stature.
The board addressed several key topics, including updates on shared communication services and the progress of the Government Corporate Identity Project. The discussions also covered ways to improve national content on official digital platforms and preparations for media coverage of the upcoming 46th Gulf Cooperation Council Summit of GCC leaders, showcasing Bahrain's dedication to promoting joint Gulf cooperation.
