Saudi, French Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Developments and Upcoming Conference

Riyadh: Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, met with Jean Noël Barrot, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic, in Riyadh. The meeting reviewed relations between the two countries and addressed regional and international developments of common interest.According to Bahrain News Agency, discussions focused on the situation in the Gaza Strip and preparations for the upcoming conference on resolving the Palestinian issue and advancing the two-state solution, scheduled for June under the joint chairmanship of Saudi Arabia and France.
