Bahrain Stock Market Sees Gains in All Share and Islamic Index

Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,887.80 points, marking an increase of 6.13 points above the previous closing. This increase was due to the rise in the financial sector.According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 801.13 points, marking an increase of 12.52 points above the previous closing. Results indicated that 89 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,435,599 worth BD 661,364.Investors traded mainly in the material sector, representing 50.33% of the total value of securities traded.
