Bahrain Highlights Key Diplomatic and Economic Engagements in Paris

Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on events that happened over the past 24 hours.

According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty King of Bahrain met with the French President in Paris. The meeting was part of His Majesty's visit to France, aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations. In addition to the meeting with the French President, His Majesty also received French businessman Bernard Arnault and his delegation, as well as the Director-General of UNESCO.

His Majesty's visit is seen as a significant move to enhance economic and cultural ties between Bahrain and France. After concluding his engagements in Paris, His Majesty returned to Bahrain. The Ambassador to France emphasized that the visit serves to boost bilateral ties between the two countries.

In other developments, Bahrain has commended Omani mediation efforts in securing the release of the "Galaxy Leader" crew. Meanwhile, the Bahraini Ambassador to Egypt led a delegation at the Arab Ministerial Council for ICT meeting, demonstrating Bahrain's active participation in regional cooperation.

Additionally, a Bahraini delegation concluded its participation at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2025, indicating Bahrain's ongoing commitment to engaging in global economic discussions. The Youth Minister of Bahrain also held discussions with Toastmasters clubs to explore collaborations aimed at empowering the youth.
