Manama : Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, today paid an inspection visit to the King Hamad University Hospital (KHUH).
The commander-in-chief inspected KHUH’s sections, and lauded the advanced treatment levels, and the highly-qualified medical and technical staff, who are using the latest medical technology.
He affirmed that the KHUH is among the most distinguished medical monuments at the level of the region, highlighting the BDF’s policy to develop medical services, as part of its contributions to efforts to achieve sustainable health development in the kingdom.
He stressed that the milestone medical achievements in the kingdom are the fruitful result of the wise visions of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, stressing that medical services have flourished during HM the King’s prosperous era, and have gained the kingdom regional and international praise.
